This Web Site is the result of a search for a rural getaway from Sydney. Having found the town of Bigga in a search for a rural tree change from Sydney, the Bigga Design Company was created as a means of identifying with the locality and providing a means to market ourselves in the area with printed T-Shirts and other printed material to support the Bigga community.

This also prompted us to create bigga.com.au as a free service to the community of Bigga.

Until now, Bigga did not have an individual Web Site as such, though the village of Bigga is the main gateway through to all the surrounding smaller townships and the State Recreational Area at Grabine Lakeside, State Recreational Park.

“Bigga Not Bega” was the catch cry after we returned from the first visit and returned to Bigga. The cry was uttered so often that we decided to put it on a T-Shirt to save our vocal cords. (www.biggadesign.com)

The idea was a success and the Bigga Design Company was created to take the Bigga motto to market, in time to launch the first series of T-Shirts at the Bigga Markets in April 2007.
