Binda

Binda is a small village, located approx. 20kms northwest of Crookwell and approx 32 klms south east of Bigga. Bigga road via Binda, gives you access too Bigga, Tuena, Bathurst and the State Recreational Park at Grabine.

Binda is full of old 19th century stone buildings and lots of National Heritage.

Binda offers a local store, post office and all your basic conveniences including petrol, fishing and camping equipment and not to mention their bottle shop.

There are tennis courts, a BBQ area and resting area with public toilets also. It is also surrounded by large farms producing fine sheep wool.

Definitely a place to visit,, stay over and / or continue on to Bigga and the Wyangala Dam which is fresh water 2.6 times the size of Sydney Harbour.
